Somewhere on Panama's wild Caribbean coast, where the jungle meets the sea and Spanish forts still stand watch over turquoise water, Kamp is planning something entirely new: an eight-day beachfront gathering built around one simple idea.
If you catch it, forage it, or pull it from the ground yourself, you'll grill it, roast it, or plate it that same evening, under the stars, with a celebrated chef guiding every bite.
By day, guests will board small charter boats for deep-sea fishing just offshore, or spend a morning at our private onsite farm, picking tropical produce, herbs, and fruit destined for that evening's table. In the afternoons, choose your own adventure: snorkel the coral reefs surrounding centuries-old shipwrecks, kayak through a mangrove channel locals call the Tunnel of Love, or hike inland through dense rainforest to a thundering 75-meter waterfall. History lovers can take a short boat ride to explore the crumbling 17th-century Spanish forts that once defended this coast from pirate raids, cannons and all.
By night, everything comes home to the fire. Fresh-caught snapper and lobster, farm-picked vegetables, and local meats are grilled beachside as our host walks guests through every technique, every flavor, every story behind the plate. This isn't a cooking class. It's a coastal feast, built by your own hands, night after night, on one of the Caribbean's last untouched shores.
